How to Brew
Use with a traditional South Indian filter (tumbler-davarah): add coffee powder to the upper chamber, pour hot (not boiling) water, and let the decoction drip through for 15–20 minutes. Mix the concentrated decoction with hot milk and sugar to taste. Works equally well in electric filter coffee makers, percolators, or as a strong pour-over base.
